Charming and non-seasonal, this tree could be the centerpiece to the Bee Hive's courtyard!

It's gracious curves and lovely color palette is not only in honor of the flight path of a bee, but it is textured with honey comb designs on its coil branches and its star. A beauty to highlight for the holiday season, but definitely a sculptural piece that can be displayed year round.

There's something about the presence of this piece that makes me think of honey dripping... perhaps the gentle flow of the coils as they layer down and embrace the bee, flower, and leaf elements. It is simply delightful to behold!

Made from mid-fire stoneware clay or porcelain clay.

For food/beverage ware... your lovely ceramic piece is dishwasher and oven safe. Take care of it though...it is one of a kind! Handwashing is recommended. (FYI - Putting cold liquid in ceramics of any kind and microwaving can cause cracking. Microwaving is not recommended.)
